Notebook
Cover
This starts everything. I'm not much of an art critic, but I try. So bear with me while I
write descriptions of what these drawings might... mean.
It's big, it's blue, and it's off the cover of an old notebook. The mean face and creepy
sharp teeth might be a 'beware' notice for those who venture into the rest of the
notebook. And you don't know where the eyes are looking, making it even more creepy. |

Elf with
Four Small Doodles
You can see the shaded pointy hat of the elf and his thick eyebrows. On the top right
there is a stick-guy followed by a black box with a window, followed by a sad face,
followed by a happy fishy. Such symbolism. There's so much of it I have no idea what it's
supposed to mean.Artist

A very small doodle. A very strange doodle. A very eyeball-floating-off-its-head sort of
doodle. |

The Walls
Have Eyes and a Mouth
Here we have an object that wants to be alive, but is now finding out what it's like to be
alive. And it can't figure out why people run screaming from it. Now along comes a
stick-horse and it thinks maybe it can be friends with him. |

with No Heads and Some With
A collage of faces. And some heads have no faces. Very interesting... |

Depth in
2-D
You can almost see it coming out of your computer screen!! All the odd faces. And the face
that's inside the box. Maybe that one wants to stay in its own dimension. |

Spooky
Cubes
The cubes are scary enough, but add in the skeleton that leaked through and it's really
spooky. And it's not even whole!! What happened to the left arm?? Why is its thumb falling
off?? eek! I'm outa here... |

Dimension
The cube man has just found out how to make another dimension in a box. Could he possibly
be walking into the sphere dimension?? |

A robot sees himself in the mirror for the first time. Numerous questions and equations
are running through his mind.He stands.. he stares... he can't move away. |

Windows
The shops are imbearably bare or perhaps they haven't moved in. What kind of store would
move into a building without a roof, anyway? |

Outline
It's a cold, wet fish. And yet, inside there is a little heart. Or indigestion. |

Cardboard
Box in Oil Pastels
Here's where color comes in! Cardboard boxes are boring browns and whites, but when you
use imagination to color it, you get a rainbow box. But one of the sides fell off. Now you
can only use it for a magazine rack. |

I can't help but thinking I might've helped with these.... that airplane on the top right
looks like my handiwork. Don't worry-- a loooong time ago. I don't write z's backwards
anymore... too much. |

That's what was written on the back. I'm pretty sure Shaya drew this-- I don't think I
could make something that weird. I'm absolutely sure that skeleton is his, too. But it's
still confusing. |

Circle of Rodent Life
The little animals eat the plants, the foxes and snakes eat them, and the dead animals are
fertilizer for the plants. It all goes around! |

It's so hideous, so weird... it looks like something in a really weird anime cartoon. eww,
don't look at it too long. |
