I&#39;ll try to keep up my work^^ and hope it will not disappoint.<br /><br />Aw, not any good Japanese restaurants??? Even here we have one that I like that&#39;s very Japanese. Just teriyaki n stuff but their curry rice is yummy and they give you tons of rice to eat^___^ and now we have Japanese style roll cake bakery. Most of the recipes I use come from real moms and housewives in Japan-- I&#39;m glad they look good to Michi okaa-san! Happy, cute, and perfect.<br /><br />Pretty much all of your art work strikes me as very good-- the watercolors, the photography, and the mouth-watering food items. When I show your cooking to okaa-san Michi, she tells me &quot;that&#39;s exactly the kind of food I like to eat.&quot; Please don&#39;t take me out to any American, Italian, French, etc., restaurants. Only ones where they serve food just like that. &quot; Unfortunately, there aren&#39;t any restaurants in either Santa Clara or Monterey that serve such delights. There are pseudo Japanese restaurants run by people of other ethnicities and they just don&#39;t measure up. There are a couple of sashimi/sushi eateries that are high quality, but not many. I have to say, your food looks really good to me too! If you lived close, we could buy you all the ingredients and maybe you could whip up &quot;the right stuff&quot; and we could all enjoy your culinary mastery.<br /><br />While all of the above are things you do so well, it is your drawing and your writings that are truly unique and should perhaps be your primary focus.
